Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, P.S. has announced the appointment of a new president, David B. Robbins, effective January 1, 2008.
He succeeds Michael Madden, who held the position for five years.
In addition to serving as president, Robbins will continue focusing on representing health care organizations and providers in the
areas of regulatory compliance, reimbursement antitrust,
civil and other complex litigation. David has represented
a wide range of clients, including the Providence Health System,
Swedish Health Services, the University of Washington Medical Center, University of Washington Physicians, and Oregon Health &
Sciences University. Before joining Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, Robbins was an assistant attorney general for Washington
State prosecuting health care antitrust cases. He speaks frequently at national conferences on health care law issues.
Robbins has been recognized in "The Best Lawyers in America", and has been identified in multiple editions of Washington
Law & Politics as a "Super Lawyer" in health care law.
