Bennett Bigelow & Leedom is pleased to announce that our own Tim Allen has received the prestigious "Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Outstanding Litigation Associate of the Year" award for 2006. Tim has been an associate at our firm since 2004. His practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice claims, and the prosecution and defense of insurer bad faith, auto insurance coverage, and product liability cases. Tim has a varied litigation practice and represents clients in both state and federal courts. Before becoming a lawyer, Tim was a professor of political science and argumentation at Western Washington University, as well as the director of the university's debate program.
