Anne M. Redman

Anne is an experienced attorney, counseling clients in business transactions, health law regulatory compliance, and the structuring of health ventures and organizations. Her practice emphasizes organization of practice and other health services entities in nonprofit, academic, and proprietary settings, compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws and payer contracting. Anne has represented large and small clients in merger and acquisition transactions, and regularly counsels clients on corporate governance matters. She served as managing director of the firm from 1992 - 2001. She is a regular speaker at professional and industry educational events.
