Kelly graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002 where she was Editor in Chief of the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. In 1998 she received her B.A. degree from the University of Washington, magna cum laude, and was an elected member of Phi Beta Kappa. Kelly's practice focuses on regulatory and reimbursement matters and litigation.
