Lisa Dobson Gould

Lisa’s practice focuses on health care regulatory, reimbursement, administrative law, and fraud and abuse issues. She represents health care providers nationwide in administrative appeals and litigation involving the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Lisa has successfully represented clients in numerous contract disputes with private payors. She routinely advises clients on billing compliance and fraud and abuse issues. She advises clients on self-audits, refunds, and voluntary reporting and defends providers in government audits and investigations. She also assists health care clients with business transactions, changes of ownership, and survey and licensure issues. Before joining Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, Lisa worked for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where she audited federal programs including Medicare.
