Mike has more than 25 years of trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts. He has handled an extremely broad range of litigation and currently focuses on the defense of class actions, medical negligence, insurance disputes and employment matters involving physicians and higher education faculty. Before joining Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, Mike was senior counsel in the Tort Claims Division of the Washington Attorney General's Office, where he was responsible for defending liability claims against a variety of state agencies and officials. Mike is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
