Michael Madden

Mike has 30 years of trial and appellate experience at all levels of state and federal courts. He has handled an extremely broad range of litigation and currently focuses on the defense of class actions, employment matters, medical liability and regulatory matters, and insurance disputes. Before joining Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, Mike was senior counsel in the Tort Claims Division of the Washington Attorney General's Office, where he was responsible for defending liability claims against a variety of state agencies and officials. Mike is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
