Terri advises acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities and physician groups regarding transactions and contracts, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance. She utilizes her extensive experience as in-house counsel and her practical approach to assist a variety of health care clients in developing joint ventures, organizing new business entities, completing practice acquisitions and implementing RFPs for services. Terri's well-developed understanding of health care operations provides an important and necessary background for advising clients on medical staff affairs and quality improvement confidentiality, tax-exemption issues, contractual arrangements, patient care issues and compliance with fraud and abuse regulations. She frequently speaks to attorneys and health care providers and administrators on health care topics, and has been an author and editor for the Washington Health Law Manual.
