Terri Rambosek

Terri advises acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities and physician groups regarding transactions and contracts, risk management, employment, and regulatory compliance. Terri's extensive experience as in-house counsel and well-developed understanding of health care operations provides a valuable background for her advice to health care clients on developing joint ventures and other new business entities, completing practice acquisitions, managing medical staff affairs and quality improvement issues and addressing both employee and patient-care matters. She frequently speaks to attorneys, health care providers and administrators on health law topics, and has been an author and editor for the Washington Health Law Manual.
