Wendy is a tax attorney and Of Counsel to Bennett, Bigelow & Leedom, P.S. Her practice emphasizes federal tax compliance. Over her twenty-year career, Wendy has advised tax-exempt and for-profit entities, Indian Tribal Governments, and individuals on matters involving tax compliance. Wendy has represented the respective interests of both the IRS (as a former IRS District Counsel Attorney) as well as taxpayers, in administrative proceedings and judicial proceedings before the U.S. Tax Court and numerous U.S. District courts.
