Wendy S. Pearson

Wendy is a tax attorney and Of Counsel to Bennett, Bigelow & Leedom. Her practice emphasizes federal tax compliance. Over her twenty-year career, Wendy has advised tax-exempt and for-profit entities, Indian Tribal Governments, and individuals on matters involving tax compliance. Wendy has represented the respective interests of both the IRS (as a former IRS District Counsel Attorney) as well as taxpayers, in administrative and judicial proceedings before the U.S. Tax Court and numerous U.S. District courts. Wendy’s extensive background in IRS policy, practice and procedure has also facilitated valuable tax planning advice for her individual and business clients.
