Robert G. Stevens,

Robert G. Stevens, MA, CLM, SPHR is the Chief Operating Officer of Bennett Bigelow & Leedom. In addition to leading the firm's Management Team, Robert also provides key leadership in identifying, developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm. His fifteen years of professional experience in law firm leadership enables him to assist in identifying new areas for growth, strengthening existing practice areas, providing strategic direction, and to support the development of talent within the firm.

Robert has worked in law firms in Western Washington and Hawaii. He has been extensively involved in the local community as well as organizations supporting law firm management. He is a past President of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators as well as being a presenter at the local and national level on topics relating to professional legal management, diversity, and human resources management. Prior to managing private law firms, Robert was the Director of Human Resources for Catholic Community Services Southwest, and before that, he served on the staff of U.S. Congressman Norman D. Dicks.
