Court of Appeals upholds OIC's rejection of Premera conversion
On April 4, 2006, the Washington Court of Appeals for Division II upheld the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner's rejection of the for-profit conversion of Premera, Premera Blue Cross, and their affiliated companies. Mike Madden led the Bennett Bigelow & Leedom team representing the Washington State Hospital Association's challenge to the conversion.
