On August 20, 2009, Benett Bigelow & Leedom obtained Ninth Circuit ruling [Memorandum Decision M9583145.PDF] affirming dismissal of federal antitrust action against Kadlec Medical Center et al. brought by a physician whose medical staff membership and clinical privileges were terminated following a peer review hearing process.
