Federal District Court dismisses Qui Tam suit
Bennett Bigelow & Leedom obtained court-ordered dismissal of qui tam (whistleblower) False Claims Act lawsuit against hospital-owned home health provider brought by a former employee for failure to specifically allege fraud or otherwise satisfy pleading requirements.
