Federal District Court dismisses Qui Tam suit
Bennett Bigelow & Leedom obtained court-ordered dismissal of qui tam (whistleblower) False Claims Act lawsuit against hospital-owned home health provider brought by a former employee for failure to specifically allege fraud or otherwise satisfy pleading requirements. U.S. ex rel. McDowell v. Providence Health System, CV. 03-1368 BR (D. Or. December, 2005). The BBL team was led by David Robbins.
