Bennett Bigelow & Leedom obtained permanent injunction preventing a terminated hospital employee who was a former member of the hospital's quality assurance committee from violating the hospital's statutory privileges and patients' rights to confidentiality by disclosing to the media his complaints regarding the hospital?s peer review procedures.
