Jennifer L. Moore

Jennifer's practice is focused on defense of hospitals, clinics, physicians, nurses and other health care providers. She represents health care providers in medical negligence, negligent hiring, and employment lawsuits. She also represents health care providers at arbitrations and in administrative hearings against DSHS and the Department of Health. Jennifer frequently speaks to health care providers and risk managers on the subjects of informed consent, informed refusal and has a particular interest in E-Discovery.
