David M. Norman
Of Counsel
David M. Norman primarily represents hospitals and hospital systems, physicians, and other healthcare providers in defending against complex medical negligence and wrongful death actions. He also maintains an active practice in defending products liability and general liability actions.
David graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2008, graduating within the top 5% of his class. David served as a Research and Technical Editor for the Seattle University Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Marsha J. Pechman, at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
He is a member of multiple relevant professional organizations, including DRI, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, Washington Health Care Risk Management Society, and has been recognized by Thomson Reuters’ SuperLawyer™ Magazine (Rising Star 2014-2018 and SuperLawyer 2020-2026) and Best Lawyers in America® in Litigation—Healthcare (2026-2027).
