Benita Kibonge is a litigation attorney representing businesses, corporations, healthcare institutions, and professionals in complex civil and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on healthcare litigation and professional liability, product liability, and appellate advocacy. She manages cases through all phases of litigation, from early evaluation and strategic motion practice to discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Her broader litigation background includes employment matters, insurance defense, intellectual property disputes, construction defects, and premises liability. She is experienced in dispositive motion practice, arbitration and settlement strategy, and appellate support in complex civil matters. Before joining Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, she practiced at national and regional firms, representing clients in commercial, labor and employment, real estate, and intellectual property matters.

Benita earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. She also holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Cyber Law from the University of Illinois College of Law and Alliance University, and a BA/LL.B. with High Honors from Karnataka State Law University. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Washington, D.C. and is also licensed in Nigeria.
