July 2, 2018 – BB&L Shareholder Amy Forbis with Associate Attorney Jenny Churas defended a medical institution in a medical negligence case involving allegations against the obstetrics providers and the hospital claiming a failure to meet the standard of care with a Trial of Labor After Cesarean Section delivery and failure to obtain informed consent for the treatment plan, which resulted in injury to the baby during the delivery.
