On September 23, 2010, the Washington Supreme Court affirmed the Department of Health’s issuance of a Certificate of Need to Swedish Medical Center to establish a 5-OR, multi-specialty ambulatory surgical facility in Bellevue. Brian Grimm argued the case on behalf of Swedish.
