Bennett Bigelow & Leedom attorneys Mike Madden and David Norman presented an amicus brief to the Washington Supreme Court on behalf of the Washington State Hospital Association, Washington State Medical Association, and the American Medical Association, in the case of Hermanson v. MultiCare Health System. The WA Supreme Court accepted review of the case on January 30, 2020, and granted leave to Mike and David’s clients to file the amicus brief on May 4, 2020.
